Customer Service Specialist

Pay Scale: $14.00-$16.00/hour
Essential functions
- Assist the operations activity with registration, test proctoring, fit test, drug screen and training activities.
- Assist with and perform the functions within the TVTC background check activity.
- Assist with the TVTC’s field training activities to include participating in the completion of off-site training and drug screens.
- Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $13.00-$15.00/hour
Definition
The job of the course/exam proctor is to proctor a variety of courses and exams at TVTC. Maintains confidentiality and security of testing materials and other test documents.
