New Customer Setup

Welcome to the TVTC Course Registration system.

This system is used to register employees for training, background screens, drug screens or any other employee services. Getting started is easy.

  1. If your company/organization has not completed any of these employee services with TVTC before, please complete the Application to Use Customer Interface.
  2. Once completed the form will be reviewed by our Accounting Department. Once approved you will receive an email notifying of the approval. You will then have access to our SHIELD registration portal.
  3. From the portal, you will be able to register individual students for TVTC services.
